The purpose of Rule 430 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules (SCACR), is to allow military spouse attorneys to obtain a limited certificate to practice law to represent clients before a court or administrative tribunal in South Carolina. A military spouse attorney may be granted a limited certificate of admission if they meet the requirements for admission set forth in Rule 4360(b). A link to the rule appears below.
