Under Rule 402(g)(2) of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules (SCACR), a student enrolled in an ABA Approved Law School who has a character problem that might disqualify the student from being admitted to practice law may have the matter resolved by filing a provisional application.  The filing of a provisional application does not relieve an applicant from fully complying with the normal application process.  A link to the rule appears below.

Rule 402, SCACR

To obtain the provisional application, please contact the Supreme Court's Office of Bar Admissions.
